The drawing by Georg Tauber depicts one of the cruelest tortures used in the camp and carried out here in the prisoner baths, the so-called tree or pole hanging. This drawing clearly reflects the power the SS had over the prisoners.

The places where the beams were mounted into the pillars were reconstructed for the exhibition.
