A Letter Home

The prisoners had the right to write home at certain times and to receive letters and food packages from home. That only happened occasionally and naturally under heavy censure!

Large groups of prisoners were excluded from this privilege (Poles, Russians, Jews and NN-prisoners), which, in practice, amounted to fifty percent.
