Moody and Fischer will also discuss the advantages afforded to black men in the military that were not available in civilian life and they will also talk about the challenges that they faced.
Our moderator is Dr. Edmond Davis of Arkansas Baptist College and author of the recently published book, “Pioneering African-American Aviators: Featuring the Tuskegee Airmen of Arkansas.”
The book will be available in the museum gift shop.
